Sonoma Sparkler Peach Glaze
INGREDIENTS
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. ground cumin
1-1/2 C Sonoma Sparkler Peach
1/3 C brown sugar
1/8 C balsamic vinegar
PROCEDURE
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer till reduced to thick and syrupy. DO NOT BURN. Cool and brush on grilled pork, chicken or seafood.
