Rum Sparkler

INGREDIENTS
3 oz. rum
1/3 glass crushed ice
Sonoma Sparkler Organic Apple

PROCEDURE
Serve in tall high ball glass. Float piece of cinnamon stick on top.

 

Stone Fence

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Scotch whiskey
2 dashes bitters
Ice cubes
Sonoma Sparkler Natural Pear

PROCEDURE
Serve in tall high ball glass with Sparkler well chilled.

 

Planter’s Punch

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. rum
1 slice orange
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 maraschino cherry
Sonoma Sparkler Organic Lemonade
Ice cubes

PROCEDURE
Serve in tall high ball glass with Sparkler well chilled.

 

Healdsburg Cooler

INGREDIENTS
6 oz. sauterne wine
2 dashes grenadine syrup
Sonoma Sparkler Natural Peach
1/3 glass crushed ice

PROCEDURE
Serve in a tall high ball glass. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.

 

Sonoma Sour

INGREDIENTS
3 oz. bourbon whiskey
1 dash angostura bitters
2 ? orange slices
1 small (10 oz.) bottle Sonoma Sparkler Organic Lemonade

PROCEDURE
Mix in cocktail shaker filled one third with crushed ice. Serve in cocktail glass garnished with maraschino cherry.

 

Smoothies

INGREDIENTS
One ripe banana
8 ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
One small bottle (10 oz.) Sonoma Sparkler Organic Apple

PROCEDURE
Beat ingredients in blender and serve in a soda glass. Cherry, strawberry or blueberry fountain syrups may be added to create other flavors.

 

Floats

INGREDIENTS
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 small bottle (10 oz.) of selected flavor of Sonoma Sparkler

PROCEDURE
Put ice cream in a soda glass and pour selected flavor of Sonoma Sparkler mixed with small amount of ice cream and remainder of juice. Pour over the remaining ice cream.
